Only by special invite...Scotia..India trading....CIBC...anonymous.to name a few.. ...called a crossover party....ie they get to trade 90% of stock....I think the new espression is to create “Fud”......I see same thing going on at PBIC....drove price down to 53 cents! ...but if you wanted to buy any serious volume would have to bid up to 69 cents! amazing what computers can do these days!
