The $AMMP chart, which has been seeing a steady uptrend since the beginning of the year, is up 4% today to $1.54.

Yesterday they announced that they reorganized their business/assets into 2 corporate divisions: AmmPower Lithium & Mineral Resources and AmmPower Ammonia & Alternative Energy.

Highlights:

- This new structure will allow AmmPower to focus more on/present the entirety of their asset portfolio and to showcase the rapidly-expanding depth of their business

- Mr. Rene Bharti will be the President of the Ammonia & Alternative Energy Division, where he will focus on developing the Company's green ammonia energy solutions.
