The subject company has apparently filed a provisional patent namely a  Green ammonia synthesis covertor was filed on a confidential basis with the USPTO on June 7, 2021 (US Prov. Pat Appl. Serial No.: 63/197,884) and is already building prototype units for testing potential markets later this summer. Corporate presentations for these two companies are almost identical in describing potential products and markets. It seems that someone else is further along in its development of products for the same target markets.

I own both and I think the difference is their target markets.  Fuel positive is targeting the agriculture market and Ammpower the shipping industry.
