Quietest bankruptcy ever

Never seen a company so quietly mention the are filing for bankruptcy while simultaneously acquiring another company?  

This company is either going to zero soon, be bought out or will skyrocket.  Flip a coin on the outcome.

to clarify...  That NR says that the subsidiary is bankrupt, not the company They are exiting the Technology part and keeping the Ventures part which includes departture lounge I think if they get financing they can survive but the stock price is not good, so maybe they are failing at that.
