Terry Booth

Biggest con artist most incompetent ceo in history. Look what he did with ACB every aquistion was sold off at major losses. 30MM penalty ufc paid equivalent of over 2 billion for Medreleaf he should be in jail with all former executives scum

yes the transactions were over paid for  acb isn't the only LP that overpaid for some acquisitions  look at Aph and Canopy  they also overpaid for some of their business transactions  I'm sure the board will not overpay this time aroubd seeing as this is several years after ACB prime and a lot has changed since then in terms of valuations

he also took a company from pennies to multiple dollars for his original shareholders. Give the man another opportunity to perform for you. The whole Canadian cannabis industry overpaid for assets in retrospect

What has valuation got to do with this? It is now about execution and who will accomplish that which right now is an unknown.  Capital, C-Suite, amidst a host of other things.

even a blind man could understand valuation has something to do with everything.  Need to weight in the assets, cash, deposits, receivable, investments versus its market cap.  Certainly lots of room to climb for $AUSA The Cocoon pods + Terry = success story..... wait for it!

And any blind man know that a firm's best assets are its people and there is no C-Suite at this point. They will drive value.  No doubt that the market will respond favorably when a new, competent team is in place. Then, fundamentals will follow.
