no news or update on the new plan from AUSA management after proxy win. Would be great to hear some plans to build my confidence in the company and stock

Exactly. The Concerned Shareholders reared their heads ~October claiming with exuberance and confidence that they would provide significantly more value to AUSA shareholders than the DeMott slate.
