Interesting. Next step is the announcement of a CEO and should/if that lend credibility for AUSA. SPAC's certainly attractive in the US cannabis space (  https://mjbizdaily.com/spacs-pump-hundreds-of-millions-of-dollars-into-us-cannabis-industry-through-acquisitions/  ) and an effective way to manage dilution.  Lets hope the CEO choice is a person with a stellar reputation ...more
