The legal market has not figured it out..........

what the prices need to be to push the illegal market out for good. I was at the Niagara dispensory and the store was vibrant and welcoming. Sadly the prices were out to lunch. They will struggling to make substantial money.

The long term users will not pay those ridiculous prices and thus will stay with the illegal market.

First I can say unequivocally the long term users will never pay a tax so the industry must figure out how to include the tax in the sticker price and make it fisable for long term users to buy legally. Basically the legal price will be subject to tax so the sticker price has to be low enough so when the tax is added it does not impact the user who uses the illegal means.

That statement is simply not true. There are plenty of people at the Niagara dispensaries. The only truth there is that prices have to be competitive. GLTA
