300,000,000 Shares Outstanding WOW

Quite a printing press with AUSA. I guess they have to pay the high priced salaries, and expense accounts somehow. Great way to dilute our shareholder value. Just curious has anyone visited their office down in Las Vegas? Is it not odd to have a microcap company like this with so many shares outstanding?
