Shares Outstanding And Future Consolidation

Fellow shareholders, since my last post back in April 2022 it now has become common knowledge that the board is actively moving forward with plans to further dilute our shares with share consolidation. As you are all aware this did not work out for ACB, and following this path will be detrimental to our wealth. Will the board please address this rumour and clarify the plans moving forward.

Kind regards,
I

It would be unfortunate if there was a consolidation but it may be the only hope for financing at this moment. If NJ and NY can bear some fruit in the next 6 to 9 months, it may not matter much in the long run. They need cash now to move forward.

How do you figure it is common knowledge? You are the only one that haa ever mentioned it.

o I was thinking though, if they did a consolidation at thjs price, say like 3 for 1 it would not likely be as damaging to shareholders as if the price was a lot higher. Might even work in everyone's favor in the long run.
