Question: Is a company operative when trading is halted?

when a comapnies trading activity is halted, does that mean the company operations are halted also or not? If not, there is hope the company will trade once it filled its yearly report.

They are still operating. Just harvested a crop in Broome County New York. They hopefully will get there 2022 Audited YE Financials out soon. Then they need to file the 2023 before they can start trading again. I am not expecting anything to happen fast though.
