UPDATE on Transfer Agent

UPDATE on Transfer Agent Looks like AUSA does not have a transfer agent at present. The original AUSTRALIS Capital used Conputershare up until Dec 2019. When Terry took over they moved to Oddysey Trust but have not been with Odyssey since November 2022. I PERSONALKY TALKED TO BOTH Computershare & Oddysey

Thanks for contacting the transfer agents ESRESR. I suppose a company doesn't need a transfer agent if its shares aren't trading and may never trade again. As you mentioned Odyssey has not been their agent since November 2022 which is right after the trading halt of October 2022. With this information and the lack of anything coming from AUSA, do you or anyone else reading this think

Hey Muffleinski,  I have tried in contacting all the numbers and emails available to me for AUSA but have not received any replies fro anyone in the company.  Perhaps I'm still hopeful but have to face the facts that this company may not trade again. I'm thinking, if the company had alot going, then the financials issue would have been rectified pronto. Perhaps, it's in the

Hi Monte8!  Thanks for the admirable effort to try to get something out of this mess. I might add pulling a fast one on the CSE as well.  Submitting the form for a couple of years and not bothering to do so for the last two months. As we mentioned before the forms main information was to report on how much AUSA owed Terry Booth. So what does the CSE do now that contact hs ceased
