I think there is excitement at the possibility of the DEA reclassifying weed as a schedule 3 drug.

Yes, I believe that is a very good reason for the SP to rise. It has been sitting with lawmakers for a bit and sooner or latter they are going to have to rule on that. SCHEDULE III or not. Will that add 25, 50% or more to SP. Stay tuned.
