Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated July 22, 2009, andpursuant to the company's news release on Stockwatch dated July 22,2009, effective at the opening, Monday, July 27, 2009, trading in theshares of the company will be suspended for failure to maintainexchange requirements, the company having less than three directors.

Whats going on directors running away !!!

872.000 dolar is not big amount for a company which trades on TSX.V (credit debt to BMO).

I still that they can survive. Time will tell though.
