You guys know the "private placement" announced few weeks ago for 8mm shares at $1.25 turned out to be 11.7mm cheap shares + warrants at $1.50 hit the market last week right? All in the press release. Then you got 11mm shares that are "in the money" as long as the SP is above $1.25. There you go. Your support is at $1.25. And be assured if SP goes over $1.50, warrant will hit

The most recent private placement have a 4 month hold on them and will not be sold until September this year. Then there are more being released in November. Good dates to be on the sidelines. As of whats going on right now seems to be a big secret. Still waiting for flipphonecapone to email me back.

Nice. Please post the source because the press release and the 8-K form shows only directors or insiders have a 120 days lock-up period. That makes over what? 10mm, 9mm shares not locked? Help us with the source. Thanks
