There was nothing official but it was believed that the minimum 
takeout price would be $1.00 a share.

From my 20 cent cost I am looking for a 5 bagger 
in 2022 or 2023.

I cant see the board approving a buyout for $1 with the potential BVT has to disrupt a $280B industry. A bit early to be talking about any buyout. The CEO of BVT has a great pedigree. This will be north of $5 before any serious strategic review is done. The future is bright but lets complete one milestone at at time. We need to show incremental adoption and revenue growth. As was mentioned in one of BEE's podcasts they aren't out shopping for someone to buy them out. That is highly likely to occurr and will take its own course with growth..    In 2011 Bayer Cropscience with revenues of €1.8 billion bought out Agriquest for near $500 million and scooped Ashish Malik as VP of Global marketing for Biologics in the deal..  With the progress ...more
