I think this may be the reason, The financials are likely going to show positive year over year growth etc, but still major cash burn that is going to require continued financing. This is going to be the case with the rapid expansion that BEE is taking with Peru and Europe etc.  I do think that it may have us pulled back for now but in the long run these investments are going to pay off. I considered that as well.  The counterpoint is that the company cancelled itsdebt instrument late last year saying there wasnt a need for additional capital. I do believe they will still require capital infusion but the QoQ growth is a far more compelling story than a company of this nature needing capital to grow. At these prices it doesnt make sense to sell off unless as I mentioned there ...more

The shelf deal is possible and beneifical.  Their costs going forward with expansion, will of course be more employees and related expenditures. The piggy backing in partnerships alleviates many factors associated to those additional costs. Partnerships in the expansion areas provide existing contacts that take time and money to develop wiithout their benifit. Mangament doesn't spend $ ...more
