well it looks like we will have financing for the next couple of years. reading and trying to understand the particulars of deal makes my head hurt! I'm going to assume this is a good thing. :^)

Whenever a deal ior its terms are overly complicated my instincts tell me that it is not a good thing...  :) I would rather have seen a direct equity raise or a potential partner equity buy-in.

Simple deals for simple minds. Deal is actually really interesting the way its structured. The floating benchmark price allows a variable capital raise.. BEE would not do this unless they they thought they could exceed it and reap the rewards.  The deal also closed as an overnight PP so there was no public participation.. which sucks for me. :) The only thing you really need to know is
