Brutal interest rate.

Outstanding debt on each Note carries an annualized interest rate of 15% which starts after the 5th day from when the Company closes a Tranche.

At least they should stay alive for a good while longer.  I'm hoping their sales of CR-7 through BioSafe Systems will kick in in the meantime to help fund them until the bee vectoring division literally takes off.  GLTA.
