I agree, they will Halt once the Agreement is signed 2 other pieces  of the puzzle have to come in first ! news of CSE Deal approval and Announcing an AGM then comes the Agreement and Inking and the Halt (This is all usually done to minimize Halt period) its called getting all your ducks

Does it matter? If your planning on flipping this before deal is finalized you haven't done enough DD or are too impatient to realize real gains. People that want a daily 100% gain are just as likely to go lose money chasing volume on a pump and dump elsewhere. Smart money waits

  no one should be investing their mortgage/rent/grocery money for the next 3 months. If you mean money you want to invest elsewhere in the next few months.. go for it but I doubt you'll be able to match the return in a risk free way. As Sinless said, do a bit more DD if you think the 20 million a heavy valuation.
