Big Mistake for Biome Grow to Sell Highland Grow to MYM

Just learned that Biome Grow has sold its only division, Highland Grow, to MYM Nutraceuticals, in a $12.5 million or  175.3 million common share deal.

With no brands left, Biome Grow is now out of the Cannabis Business altogether as they have no products left.

What a bad move from Biome Grow to sell its moneymaker brands like Highland Grow, leaving them with no way to produce and sell marijuana anymore.

Its no wonder why Biome Grow shares have taken a nosedive.

I had never heard of MYM Nutraceuticals until today. I don't understand the terms of whats happening in this agreement to have an opinion on whether this is good bad or neutral for Biome shareholders. Biome and MYM seem like fairly equal entities in terms of market cap and size etc. I wonder why it was not just a merger? What i did learn from a quick search on MYM is they seem to be into the

Since Highland Grow was Biome Grow's only brand left, I still believe they made a big to sell the brand to MYM Nutraceuticals, resulting in no revenue or cash flow going into Biome Grow anymore. Getting 19% of MYM Nutraceuticals is not good enough as Biome Grow has to get 50% of its shares in order to claim revenue from the subsidiary.
