All is good but empty sellers makes the stock dead

BioVaxys is an crazy example for the fail of the CSE! How can this be, that empty sellers can prevent the development of an biotech startup?

This can only be in Canada CSE!

IMO BIOV has a lot of promise and making some very good moves, but is held back by a few game playing f--kwads on CSE.

Ok, more comment... An shortseller land Shares from an bank and sells this shares with a hope of lower rebuy at a later date. An empty seller sells shares that he not have with the same hope to deliver later.
