Sedar Report - March 31st 2020 - BRC Ownership

Back in the day, Belgravia paid 1,353,310 in return for 12,144,000 shares of Blackrock Gold Company.

Sedar Proof : https://ibb.co/ZfsCvZ6

Math comes out to, drumroll please, a whopping 0.11/share.

Since then, they have added to their postion, latest information I could find was from Jan 31 2020, link is below.

https://ceo.ca/@nasdaq/belgravia-announces-acquisition-of-securities-of-blackrock

"Belgravia Hartford now directly owns 11,780,000 common shares representing approximately 17.8% of the issued and outstanding common shares, together with warrants to acquire an aggregate of 3,640,000 common shares of Blackrock Gold. If Belgravia Hartford were to exercise these convertible securities, the Company would own 15,420,000 common shares of Blackrock Gold, representing approximately 22.2%"

Last I checked today, good ol' Blackrock Gold was trading at 0.87/share.

Oh boy, I am sure excited to see them exercise those warrants!

I expect the stock to do well.  However no one can predict the future, that is forsure. So, I think Blackrock Gold is an amazing mining property with lots of potential. That is just one of the many ways Belgravia can succeed in the short term. Imagine if there are more news releases or institutional involvement.  I like to be sarcastic because everyone should take what writers say ...more

This stock is worth at least between 7-9 cents at BRC.  Yes it's true maybe management had some passed failures or hiccups as business do at times.  However the resilience of the idea they did with BRC really hit the target on the nail and this thing blasted off.  The genious of finding this stock and when it was dirt cheap was amazing by Mehdi.  He does deserve recognition ...more

Hey MikPrecious, I totally agree with you, nice post.  I got involved years back when they were transitioning from ICP (Intercontenental Potash Corp) and getting out of water royalties. This stock had the same shares outstanding when they had their last run past 10 cents, 20 cents and 30 cents.  As many businesses, a couple failures along the way. This stock is easily valued around 7-9 ...more
