This comment made in todays announcement makes me worried.

Downsouth, they have been in the testing and preapproval stage for the last 8-years with validations along the way all while issuing themselves and contractors stock options along the way. What have they been doing the last 8 years or so???  A product needs to be out there and start generating some cashflow and stop the continued diluting.

A THC breathalyzer is not an easy project to whip up. They need a unit that works.  Some government tenders called for a dual purpose that would detect both alcohol and thc that kiboshed their first effort. They are working with the science that works in the lab and even trying to patent items for the purpose of getting the breath sample from the roadside to the lab or the desktop version
