Esports could improve Hand-Eye Co-ordination

Although other sports do allow for this, particularly badminton and tennis and other racquet-based sports, esports are especially good at this. We're as obsessed with finding answers as you are so, don't waste it

Esports are unique in that they offer the players such things that could help improve their hand-eye coordination.

Gamers who are the best at esports must be able to co-ordinate both hands when they are playing, but their hands would be doing different things. Check disclaimer on my profile.

That's not even news. It's been known in studios over 2 decades ago it improves hand and eye coordination and also ability to count up to 8 in a split second based on rapid flash memory (seeing a cluster of objects and knowing how many without counting). Anyway, I did research in highschool over 2 decades ago and plenty of studies were already acknowledging the benefits.
