Daymak math
i was trying to make sense of what the Daymak deal might mean going forward and put together a small summary. i have made assumptions which can be challenged for sure. perhaps someone can analyse and let me know if this is correct
Daymak to date has 100 million in sales of vehicles since 2001. Assuming their cost on these was 30 million( i think that is probably a very low estimate) and 30 percent of that cost is the battery as stated then the total purchase by Daymak of ACDC product would be 9 million for every 100 million in business.
If we use the same ratio and the cost to ACDC on the 9 million is then profit from the next 100 million in sales by Daymak comes to 6.3 million. If every penny of that went to shareholder value(which is not going to happen) share value on 325 million shares(current number plus 12.5 million from closed PP) not including any future dilution would come to about 2 cents per share.
Does that sound about right?
So for every 100 million in sales by Daymak there is 9 million in sales to Daymak. Anyone know what the annual revenue at Daymak is currently?

100 mil 70 mil cost 30% ACDC parts = 21 mil ACDC cost at 70% = 14.7 mil Profit to ACDC on 100 mill = 6.3 mil So this works out to be the same oddly enough The question then is what kind of annual revenue does the company need to support this current share price and how many deals will they need to reach that income. obviously 6.3 million isn't anywhere near that

70% of 100mil is 70million 30%= 21 mil that is the gross profit for acdc. 30% of daymak's cost's are batteries. ACDC has the rights to supply these batteries. that is 21 mil. not 6.3. This company has been awarded for its exponential growth through the past few years.

Ah yes the labels come out it just doesn't really need to be like that hard to get simple dialogue these days. doesn't really matter if i am a basher, a hyper, a mixed breed dog owner, from Mexico or Ukraine, a cook or a physicist really but thanks for choosing a label for me. i hope that gives you solace.

Daymak is a private company been around since 2002....mostly developing EV, bikes, small cars, Quads, etc. They have been enjoying quite the growth rate, from a garage to 300 thousand SQ ft of develpment and retail space. The net worth as of the begining of the year..approx 120 million. So, not a bad partner for ACDC to be going to bed with.....
