I've been to the Ecoville project in Squamish, where they will be breaking ground In March, and spoke with the concrete contractor. It's 100% legit. I've spoken with Hillcrest re the possible Anigo agreement and that's also legit.  Richpower patents. Daymak... it's all 100% legit. The beautiful renderings are not just a ploy. They are legit.
