Did you see "the China Hustle " on netflixs .... whereby

shell companies are taken and converted to firms based in China . Global Elsimate Capital Corp was such a shell company and voila Extreme Veliche Battery was born back on Oct.1st 2020 . I believe the whole premise of this company is batteries from a China based company - i may be wrong .

It was a very alarming documentary and would recommend it to all investors . As always do your own due diligence . This documentary exposed "firms" that were nonexistant overseas yet were widely traded here at high valuations in North America .

Has anyone seen it ? Would like to hear your review .

I've seen this and it's a risk dealing with any Chinese company, nio included. Investors need to do their dd. At the same time, the choice is to either risk it in an undervalued play or buy something at x multiple future revenues. The market is getting more and more fierce. Glta

Come up with a reputable research that Richpower is a shell company first before you post this. Besides,why do you even single out China when there are other shell companies too  that are not Chinese-associated??
