Did I miss a news release?

Since when is ACDC releasing financials 2 months ahead of when they need to? Several people have posted looking forward to financial at the end of this month Year end jan. 31 ....they have until may 31st to release it. There is no such thing as a Q4 financial release. It is an Annual financial release. Its like we are setting a false expectation to cause panic and manipulate the stock
