Has anyone been able to find out any solid information on this company? What products they have sold, to who, what kind of volume etc. any company history on how long they have been in existence, how many employees, annual revenues, revenues for products etc.?

They seem to be almost non existent. trying to gauge what kind of business partner they have here and if this partnership is one of actual substance or two companies looking to use the other as a news story.

I don't find anything through the linkden stuff and facebook stuff and any business reporting that shows Richpower as anything solid and to be building a future on.

I also can't find any past posts with much info from this board on solidifying the depth of the relationship.

that is a really interesting read. if i read this correctly they sell a lot of product in China so the products are currently available and have been for awhile so sales of these products should not be reliant on anything other than sending in orders to Richpower. So with that in mind acdc should by now have a lot of sales numbers to report. if they are as successful as he claims this should be

I think the Daymak partnership would appear to have the closest link to products that have been produced by Richpower in the past. From press release... The deal goes into effect immediately and has a term of five years, with an automatic renewal for one-year terms. The company can expect to see its products incorporated into Daymak's product line sometime in late Q2 of this year.

October... So, too late to get any numbers by the last quarter but too early for the first quarter reporting, so therefore 'no numbers reported when there should be' is a false statement? Simplified timeline: October - December = development of ionix marketing materials and preparation for taking orders. January - February = launch of ionix and the starting of pre-orders. March? Same thing. They've stated in emails (that you can time with a google search) that they expect delivery of said pre orders in Q4. So again, what's so hard to understand about this timeline? At this

Any way you spin this richpower already has product available to sell. A competent marketing team could have sales people on the pavement in weeks. In six months you would either have sales numbers to report and orders placed numbers to report. Delivery is a secondary outcome of actual sales. If delivery is expected Q4 then report on how many orders are to be delivered in Q4. Is that so difficult
