That's not likely. But what is likely is a roll back of 1 for 5 to get the sp north of 1.00 where institutional are mandated. Some are even mandated at 5.00

With all the attention and incentives governments are giving to clean green energy, institutions should start to take note... its just a matter of time.

This can not happen. People that are locked in an institution do not have control over their assets. I understand why you would think that they could drive the price up, that makes complete sense to me as well. Crazy people do crazy things like buying a pump and dump, or eating at Arby's.
