Pachuko, your behaviour does not add up, a normal investor if he/she sees red flags in a compnay, as per his/her own opinion, would quietly sell his/her shares at a good price and moves on.  It does not make sense to stick around and bash a company after selling the stock.  Why are you hear really, if you are not shorting?

Criminalbehaviour i should add that i have stated previously i have went in and got out of this stock twice now and currently do not hold a position but keep an interest in the company. I currently have many doubts about how things have gone over the past couple of months with both the Directors moves and with some information distributed not adding up.
