Is the ACDC price gradually go up during the day to close arounn .50 or higher? should be interesting...

Now, with a better wording,   Will the ACDC price gradually appreciate during the day to catch up with the private placement price of .50 cents?   Should be an interesting day, I suspect some bashers on this board knew this was coming and were buying the stock for cheap...
