EV Battery Tech Announces an Amending Agreement with Daymak

August 4, 2021

Vancouver, B.C, August 4, 2021– Extreme Vehicle Battery Technologies Corp. (the “Company” or “EVBattery Tech”) (CSE: ACDC) is pleased to announce that on July 30, 2021, the Company and its subsidiary, IoniX Pro Battery Technologies Inc. (“IoniX Pro”) signed an amending agreement (the “Amending Agreement”) with Daymak International Inc. (“Daymak”).  

The Amending Agreement to the initial agreement dated February 5, 2021, and announced on February 8, 2021, grants the Company and IoniX Pro the exclusive worldwide rights to create its own branded line of electric vehicles, based on the Daymak Spiritus.

No further amendments to the agreement were made.

Yea, but it's not huge.

Positive news but it will take more than a niche vehicle this reminds me of the Bombardier Trike and they did not sell very many of those.

Are you serious... LOL.. the Bombardier "Trike" was an ICE engine.. not climatically controlled for all weather use.. not electric.. and not nearly as nice or futureistic are the first things that come to mind.. no comparison..! LOL

Oh yeah and I forgot to mention no helmet needed and air bags.. yup definately not a Bombardier trike.. LMAO..
