Moneywagon you mention catalysts in your posts and you talk about ACDC not missing any performance expectations. well we are going to see now where this company is at.

In their last update they promised the smart wall would be installed in distributor locations this summer. I would suggest we are in the dying days of summer and we have not heard a peep about where they are going to be installed and what the date is for consumers to be able to check them out. That would seem like a more important milestone than a social media contest. 

In their last update they noted their RV battery was in certification. Two months have passed since that update and still no update. Also they mentioned releasing a view of the new 3d mould they had manufactured within a couple of weeks of that update. That date has long passed with no update.

These are a couple of the significant concerns that do not support your catalyst arguments that they are meeting all expectations. Another corporate update is necessary to deal with these deadlines as they are directly related to revenue unlike social media contests and product releases for yet more unavailable revenue streams.

Hey guys I don't see the share swap that the NR in Feb refer to in the financial statement (warrants at .21 for 10mil ) Also I don't see 2mil worth of shares as an asset!! Can anyone double check this for me?

Not a shred of hard evidence from the company.  Market appears to be manipulated.  Buyers are skeptical now. News hardly moves things 3 cents. Their home page shows a sketch of a building with a couple of rectangles encircled.  I've never come across such unwillingness to disclose even their company workshop.  On the face of it its a nothing burger.  Where's the

Very hard to sell products that dont exist I was sucked into this stupidly last month sold all at the end of the day.Good luck if you still hold lets see if they can at least hire a professional CAD tech to showcase the supposed prototypes.This is like opening a restaurant with a menu but no food.

what I  am  just gonna say is  if daymak CEO Aldo would have done their due diligence before forming the partnership with Acdc, don't you think?  Because they could lose 2mil dollars if acdc goes something wrong! Its way more than what we invested right? So I wanted to know it is in their financial statement but I didn't see it. Maybe someone else has a better

If you read the agreement, it states that those shares are purchasable via an option.

I know that but I thought the agreement should be on the financial statement as well!!  I guess it is what it is
