Optimal CP Inc.

On Dec. 08 2021 ACDC announced it had completed the aquisition of  Optimal CP Inc. and issued shares to the company to complete it.
In the announcement of a private placement today they stated they would be using the funds to complete the aquisition. Is it completed or not? As usual this is confusing information.
Also this is a non brokered pp. I suspect there isn't a broker interested in a pp at twice the current share price. They are happy to be cross trading the half cent moves lol. 

Expect more songs and dances here.
