They're flat out broke. Their shares will be consolidated by 100 for 1 and a RTO will issue new shares of which BLOX will represent about 1% of the new company. I have no idea who that new company will be, but that's likely the layout of transactions to take place of any RTO. In other words the stock is worthless. But you can rest assured Bryson and his cronies will be well taken care of.
