Looks like BLR is going to quietly creap it's way to $1.00 by months end.

Frankly, BLR could just as easily be $8.00 with less than 20 mil shares out as it is $0.80c

Way below the radar , None of the nasty guys are watching , penny flippers and such.

It wii take off soon. The question is how much will the retail market support this. It could be $1.00 or it could be $40.00 depending on perception.  JMHO
