ALTMED?

What, if any, is the relationship between altmed in florida and altmed in canada?
Comment by LukeCoolHands on Jul 28, 2020 2:01pm
I believe their are the same..AltMed has phase studies being done by the university of Miami. "Maybe" a US based address, helps minimize the international process of paperwork n legalities of the studies (but not certain).

I'm not sure, Dr Roger McIntyre does not seem to be listed (shown to be) a principal with them.

Not related. The disclosure on Altmed acquisition states asset is 75% of CRTCE which is Dr M's clinic in Mississauga. These guys get an A+ on capital markets and financing and a C- on M&A.

Can you please provide a link to that info?  Thanks.

sedar. material change report dated April 17th. Says they paid 55 m shares for altmed. material change report dated May 11th says they paid 75 m shares for altmed. Altmed owns 75% crtce. its really just a small clinic at this stage. Coupled with the other 3 acquisitions they diluted approx 110 m shares for little revenue, hence C-. They did raise $15 m tho, hence A+.

If you're day trading shrooms than yes, the halt put a dent in your pocket and it's also is frustrating to say the least. Anyone who's invested mid to long term won't really be affected.. right now all you can do is wait, next week news should be released and an announcement will be made until then don't think all is lost.. minor set backs are for bigger come backs.  ...more
