Serious Question. What happens if this can't trade again?
I'm just curious as to what happens if a stock can no longer trade due to unforseen circumstances? So this stock has been halted for like 5-6 months. What happens if it is determined a stock can no longer trade by the SEC. This is a serious question as I have never dealt with this before with a stock. I am actually wondering what happens to the money investors have put into "The Company". Do we get our money back at the share price before the halt? Do we get nothing back? I only own like 200 shares of this at 1.36 but it has been sitting there forever. Does anyone here actually own like 1000's of shares or 10,000's of shares? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This is a 5 year hold for me anyways. I'll be glad when it's trading again. GLTA
