Logged into TD and saw the cease trade message as well. Looks like this stock is done trading. I am just wondering as if there is any way we can get any of our money back from this company or if it's just over and SHRM is done for good? Did anyone here have a significant amount of shares? I only had 200 left myself which I am very glad of right now.

got stuck with 6000 shares of this sh@&t, cant believe they could come to market and raise $15mil prior to their halt months ago, and then be a defunct company. Lesson learned.

Damn I'm sorry to hear that. I contacted the company on the phone number listed on their profile listed on stockhouse and got a lady from an accounting company that may or may not do the books for SHRM but had no idea about the stock or the company. So I looked up their website and contacted the phone number on there and it gave a reference to storyboard communications and lead to a dead line.

I have T.D platform, and nothing has changed on my end. I own 10k in shares. I couldnt imagine dr. M would want to be held liable for this. I do not think shrm is finished. Or maybe im just in denial. Doesnt hurt to hold. Only hurts to gift... why gift any shares at any point? If theres a class action you basically give away any monetary rights...

If you questioning the authenticity of the message I and probably everyone who owns this stock on TD got, Go to your account. Click on holdings, go to SHRM stock and it is listed right below where the price is. It says and I qoute. "You hold securities that may be subject to cease trade orders (CTO). If you would like to remove them from your list of holdings, you may apply to gift each

I'm sure noone doubts what your saying. I just went on my td platform. It's the Advanced Trading platform, and says none of that. Noones saying your lying. I'm just stating mine doesn't say that.

The only reason I even brought it up is because it just appeared in the last week or so offering to gift the security from your trading account zero value.
