But it would involve several steps, potential fees/taxes, attention to the exchange rate, the current bid/ask of SHRMF versus SHRM and a consideration of the large fluctuations of SHRMF over the past few weeks.  I held, and bought more when the price was risisng.  I did not bail -or take profits- when the price dropped.  I believed in the product.  Even when
