Suing Champignon...

I wrote a couple of firms in the US, waiting to hear about scope of class action suit. Wondering if the same thing needs to be officially initiaited in Canada since neither Champignon nor securities commission want to help bilked investors. Does anyone have any insight on Canadian law suite protocol?

Just wrote to Pomerantz LLP about the halt.  Suggested that that might be worth looking into.  You could do the same.
