Ticker change?

I see alot of people refrencing a ticker change? I cant find any new about this, help me out here please.

No news yet, but you can see the change on Yahoo as well. There seems to also be info on the Champagion website under facts. To me it suggest that Altmed RTO is the path forward. Seems logical seeming the assets Altmed owns vs Champaginon.
