Stock options to directors

As per the consolidated financial statement of 2016, there was 3 million options pending at 0,10$ with an expiry date in less than a year. They're now in the money. They'll probably try to push this stock a bit higher with a NR soon...

Hi Goldy, Ahahahaah, i'm not a rocket scientist either. What I meant is the fact that management doesn't seems to be raking huge salaries, they are granted stock options. The exercise price of those stock option seems very reasonable (when you look at 52 wk high), compared to many juniors. IMO, it's a positive sign.
