Urnbani - I don't know where you got this info.
I checked out Payfare inc - no investore owns more than 10% of it and 
Bluesky was not mentioned.
Kindly provide your source/info.

I did a little more digging. Urbani is partly right; BTC did invest in Payfare - not sure how much. SBBB
