if you scroll down and look at #6 under distribution it clearly states he lent them out - and you can find the actual document on SEDAR

if true the CEO has got to be nuts... this would have a serious impact on his ability to do private placements, etc., no?

lending out shares is one tihng... last time I checked it wasn't a common practice for a company to completely tank its own share price for any reason that wasn't criminal. if it is indeed the case that the ceo is responsible there will have to be some difficult questions asked.
