KWG

Please forgive my ignorance regarding this stock. These shares have been transferred to me in a family estate settlement.  My understanding is they were bought as Cliffs and later sold to KWG.  Where does NOT come into the picture? And now I believe BHP is involved. Can someone help me with this please or point me to a good source. Thank you for your help. Dogleg

What exactly does your estate acquired shares say, as Noront bought out CLF's holdings in the ROF. Are shares for NOT or KWG? By the way welcome aboard just in time for the ROF latest excitement. GLTA ROF gamblers

Thank you for your reply. My bank statement is KWG RES INC SUB VTG SHS  (KWG /CDNX)   Whatever all these symbols mean.

Congratulations you own KWG shares. Recommend doing some DD on what the ROF(Ring of Fire) is all about, and research on https://kwgresources.com/   As far as Noront they won't be her in 1-3 months as it appears BHP has bought them out.  GLTU and your KWG investment. Keep in mind that the ROF really is moving here and KWG has some really high potential, Do some DD before ...more

KWG has invented a new way of processing Chromite into Ferrochrome in a solid state by using natural gas reduction method, they have patents for this process, and appears to be the cheapest/cleanest way to produce Ferrochrome. This alone is a game changer worldwide, but like I said do your DD.
Comment by wheelsonthebuss on Jul 30, 2021 1:22pm
Did KWG sell there stake in NORONT to Wyloo or are they waiting for BHP to buy them after a Consolidation of there 1.2 billion shares outstanding which will wipe out large shareholders or will they wait for a new suiter to make a bidder ( RIO / VALE ??? )  for NORONT which is in the action ( not KWG ) .... O YAYA  GO NOT GO - !-))

KWG Aquired the patent process idea and made the Patent(s) from there. If my memory serves me they got it for 10 million shares of KWG.  A great buy for a tiny exploration company !!!

Yes from Frank Winters ( I believe passed away) for shares, KWG improved on this process and CANMET did further research and actually improved on the process(under KWG authorization) and myself expecting some great news from this very soon, GLTA ROF GAMBLERS

Thanks G...M:    So is the same 'fate' likely for KWG?   I mean will they be bought up by BPH too? Thanks.
Comment by Profit79 on Jul 30, 2021 3:32pm
no guarantee, and that hasnt even been mentioned officially, but commone sense would dictate that someone will step in and KWG would be the likely next target. Seems like the ROF is heating up and consolidating the area makes sense.

Eventually, KWG/Indigenous communities  hold the keys to any infrastructure going in/out of the ROF as KWG has offered a 50/50 partnership with First Nations and once set up will be a transportation corridor which all Ore leaving will pay a transportation fee, also the patents mentioned earlier will make KWG the cheapest Ferrochrome producer in the world (or whom ever buys KWG)  KWG is ...more

Forgot to mention Pear3 has an evil twin on Agoracom, lol.  Have a great long weekend everyone, things are going to become interesting this summer/fall and this weekend may possibly be our last long weekend?

Speaking of my evil twin (Le Penseur) here is his latest post from Agoracom.com Yea indeed... still here with patient growing anticipation.  Ive been telling anyone who will listen that this stock's price was being suppressed by those who wanted to see it fail so as to pick at its carcass for pennies on the dollar; but also seems to have been covertly supported by deep pockets who ...more

Thank your evil twin on a great summary of what truly has been happening over the years, curious if the manipulation comes to an end now and panic sets in and that's when the bidding war starts? Cheers Pear3  Very interesting times indeed.

Pear3 I myself am expecting some juicy tidbits on the Natural gas reduction method patents for ferro-Chrome production in the near future, a lease agreement would be some fabulous icing on the cake. Agree that this process of KWG for ferro-chrome production will be sought out by all whom produce Ferrochrome, even if like you stated to put on the shelf.  But then again an entity such as KWG ...more

GM, we have had this available for years. I know Extrata, I guess thru Canmet approved and showed that the process is a cost game changer, why have we not sold or leased to any producers?  Why? R

Money to develop and make it better, fortunately CanMet/KWG in the last couple years has worked on making it BETTER, and have considerably. Like I stated I'm expecting some juicy news in the near future on this, and hoping it involves a lease or leads to leasing contracts. I'm expecting like they did with KWG/CCC and hired a professional like Tony Marquis a transportation specialist, and ...more

Thx, I thought it was ready to go, once proven, there would be no shortage of investors to build  and to end users. I just think with Green movement more exposure needed to attract investors and share price.  it would be nice to see share jump on more solid momentum with rail as well. Now, how about all our mineral claims ? In the past I would of been hopping for a shr price in the ...more

I would like to know if anyone is using that patent's process for other metals. I am pretty sure Cromite needs more heat than say Gold ect. I imagine the formula for different metals would vary and I imagine the Patent adresses that.?
Comment by Dogleg on Jul 30, 2021 6:28pm
Thank you G...M for your comments. As I mentioned, I know zilch about this region or the minerals it contains. When I was 'gifted' these many thousands of KWG shares I thought they were junk...maybe not.  When I learned that First Nations are involved I kind of wrote the project off.  As long as Trudeau and the Liberal government is around I think major projects in Canada are ...more

LOL. Your pretty negative on your inheritance shares and seem to have only educated yourself on CONS, but yet no research on the PROS or what KWG has been successful at?  Take time and fully educate yourself or sell in open market and no more worries as they seem to be a hot commodity this year. GLTU

I take your point but my opinion on development is based mainly on pipelines in the West. Why this project would be different isn't clear to me. If KWG has some state of the art production method that has to be good but it doesn't place the ore body any closer to the market. That is my simplistic opinion for all it is worth. Can you tell me who the original owners of these claims were. Was ...more
