KWG Share Valuation

I have been reading the thoughtful discussion taking place on this board and have done a fair amount of DD and after reading comments from some of the least intelligent people on here I have come to the conclusion that I am going to sell my large amount of KWG shares for one cup of coffee. Yes thats all its worth. One cup of coffee. SMH

My guess is just a little sarcasm.  Things are progressing and that is what maters.

The share valuation is an interesting question. If you believe NOT and KWG are of similar valuations - then KWG is in the $0.20 range.  Once the dust settles on the NOT deal will we see further consolidation with KWG being the target?

The dust is just started ...... stay tuned ........ GO NOT GO ....... O YATA O YATA $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Hey miner do you think that KWG and NOT valuations are similar and why so Pear3
Comment by greasemonkies on Aug 12, 2021 10:47pm
That's a great question Pear3, what say you miner?
Comment by Patentpending1 on Aug 12, 2021 11:19pm
kWG is an obvious target cause We got the goods. All the goods and KWG is worth more than Not by a long shot. It's about Chromite not about nickel. It's about rail transport period. Toss in the Patent and the 50?50 offer with full control of the enviroment to those who live there and my $2.50 dollars sounds very reasonable.

Also in case your not a fan of the goverment it is because they are not intervening with the negotiations between the Natives and the mining companies. I think the goverment has done enough of their medling and I'm sure i am not alone.  Noront is gone before KWG is a target.
Comment by miner540 on Aug 13, 2021 8:26am
My thoughts on valuation.  NOT got a nominal value for its potential of billions of resources in the ground and 2 valuations experts deemed the offer reasonable.  Why - issues with transportation, FN, development costs ($B's), long time lines, long history of no progress and the open question of government support. KWG's resources likely get a similar nominal value.  You ...more

Are you saying KWG is worth 9 cents a share to a potential buyer?
Comment by miner540 on Aug 13, 2021 9:18am
Just to clarify, I did not say KWG is worth 9 cents to a potential buyer.  I was trying to share my thought process on relative valuations. I said if you believe NOT and KWG have similar valuations then KWG has 6x upside.  If you believe NOT is twice as valuable as KWG then the upside is 3x. Based on my analysis, I think the current value of KWG provides  good upside potential.
Comment by Pear3 on Aug 13, 2021 9:42am
Hey Miner I fail to understand why you maintain your caveat of "if valuations are the same".  What does that mean to you.  how are you making a comparison between between share prices in isolation of... KWG - Transportation route  - revenue for 100 years ..... NOT - landlocked unless negotiate KWG - Gas reduction patent - revenue for 100 years ..... NOT - high cost of ...more

In terms of bidding wars, I believe KWG out of all companies will be the target for approximately 10 entities if not more. This alone will push KWG up considerably.  Agree totally Pear3 and pieces will start to fall into place soon. GLTA KWG investors/gamblers and do your DD
Comment by miner540 on Aug 13, 2021 10:16am
If you don' like my analysis use your own. I was simply trying to show that at current prices KWG is under valued and has good upside. What do you think a fair price is for KWG?  It is not worth the tens of billions that you claim.
Comment by Profit79 on Aug 13, 2021 10:53am
I think valuation is actually going to depend on how long they can keep the share price down. It is quite clear to everyboyd except some misinformed few, that what is currently going on is manipulaton in order to keep the share price low and hence a lowball offer from a takeover. If this is the case, then I agree totally, and we will have to say goodbye to our shares between .08-.12 If the share ...more
