KWG Value

At one time I held 12 million shares of BMK, and we all know how that turned out.  Pumped beyond by the management who sold off everything and ran.  I now own KMG and I am wondering with just over 1 billion shares outstanding, if this were bought out by soemone, why would they pay 25 cents a share, which was suggested.  Yes, KWG co-owns interest in some other joint ventures, but their holding land wise is not near a huge as NORONT.  What have they confirmed "in thr ground" that would suggest a 25 cent bid per share?  I am oppotmistic, but no so sure of 25 cents.

Pat, I also had a large position in BMK and met with Quintin and team.  Agree - there was a serious dis-service to shareholders. You have seen my thoughts on potential valuation - similar to your thinking.  The unknown is any sigificant incremental value for the transportation route, the patents and maybe the willingness to partner with FN. I saw it, had owned it many years ago, and bought it because of the NOT news.  Speculation without much research. Pat
